Manitoba PPR Outage and Registry Transition affecting eCore (September 25 to October 1, 2026) Planned Maintenance

Description

Please be advised of a planned service interruption affecting Manitoba Personal Property Registry (PPR) services through eCore. The Government of Manitoba is launching a new Modernized Personal Property Registry platform. To facilitate the transition, the current Manitoba PPR system will be taken offline while registry data is migrated to the new platform. The Manitoba PPR has advised that the outage is expected to begin on September 25, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. ET and continue until October 1, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. ET. During this period, Manitoba PPR services will be unavailable through eCore, including: - Searches - Registrations - Amendments - Discharges - Renewals To avoid disruption, we strongly recommend completing any time-sensitive Manitoba PPR transactions no later than September 25, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. ET.

Description

The Alberta Personal Property Registry system (PPR) and Alberta Corporate Registry system (CORES) will be offline Sunday, October 11, 2026, for scheduled technical preventative maintenance. Any automated Alberta PPR or Corporate searches or filings submitted through eCore during this time will be processed when the service is restored, on Monday, October 12, 2026, all manual services will be delayed for processing until Tuesday, October 13,2026, following the statutory holiday.
